Torkace - Unfinished animated sprite
Torkace is a Fire/Steel-type Pokémon. It evolves from Torkoal when traded with a Metal Coat.
It loses it's Clear Smoke ability in favour of Levitate. This is achieved by the amount of steam the furnace on it's back produces allows it to hover and grants it limited flying ability.
